"I've been using Microsoft Project since the early 1990s as a scheduling and business management tool, but I had to learn it through trial and error. Marchman and Sulbaran present an efficient, effective method of developing a project schedule utilizing Microsoft Project. I wish I had this manual 10 years ago!"    -John Day, John Day Homes, Inc., North Bend, Washington

"This book is a great primer for builders to gain a basic understanding of job logic and how to get started scheduling with Microsoft Project. I have used this powerful computer scheduling software for years in my production management training."   -Chuck Shinn, President, Shinn Consulting/Lee Evans Group, Littleton, Colorado

You must have Microsoft Project 2003 installed on your computer to access the files on the CD. There are two versions of Microsoft Project - standard and professional. The difference between the versions, besides price, is that the standard version is designed for a single user, whereas the professional version is designed to be used on a server and accessed by multiple users. The practice exercises in this book were created using Microsoft Office Project Standard 2003.
